We operate strictly on a seek-and-refer basis. We help you provide initial information about your housing disrepair issue and, with your agreement, refer your enquiry to a regulated solicitor. We do not provide legal advice or handle your claim once it has been referred.

We do not charge you for our services. If a solicitor we refer you to accepts your claim and it is successful, we will receive a fixed referral fee from that solicitor. This fee is paid by the solicitor and does not affect the amount of compensation you receive.

You are not required to use a claims management company to make a housing disrepair complaint. You can raise the issue directly with your landlord or make a free complaint to the Housing Ombudsman without using our service.
